As a South Florida native, Andy is glad to be covering his hometown. Andy's approach to sporting radio is somewhat different from the rest. Instead of telling you what's going on in the sports world, he wants you to feel like you're part of it.

Andy has had many radio shows in his career. Dating all the way back to his high school days at Miami Killian Senior High, he has hosted and produced his own sports shows on 790AM as well as many university stations. Andy also hosted a show his show on local Miami station 1360AM WKAT.

A great part of The Andy Slater Show is the highly praised interviews that Andy is able to obtain. Affiliated in the sports industry, Andy has many avenues to have "big time" sports figures on the show. When you listen to the show, you'll definitely hear some live interviews.

Andy is very excited that he is now bringing all he can offer in the sports radio world back to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and the Palm Beaches!
